Jen Bervin wanted her site to be “clean, tactile, and lucid with great functionality.” It looks simple, but there is a lot of information packed into the project section with multiple menus for images of the work, extensive entry information, and connections to related projects. At the same time, the complete contents for every project is always available. The News section includes listings and links to Events, Residencies, Exhibitions, Publications and Press. The entry pages feature a series of details presenting the diverse materiality of Bervin’s work including stitching, weaving, letterpress and a river of sequins.
